01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and PKRBet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the PKRBet website located at pkrbet.wine and all associated services, including the PKRBet mobile application, Sports Betting section, Casino, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo, Game Lobby and any other gaming products made available on the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by PKRBet, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and all policies referenced within them, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy. These Terms apply to all players using the platform from Pakistan or accessing PKRBet via any device.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

PKRBet is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the PKRBet platform, including all gaming and betting services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

PKRBet operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds in that account may be withheld pending investigation. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time during the account lifecycle. This may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. These checks are conducted to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one PKRBet account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PKRBet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus activity, and withhold account balances pending review.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your name, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your PKRBet account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes associated with your account. PKRBet will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any third party to use your PKRBet account.
• You must notify PKRBet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account details provided must match the details of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.

04 Deposits & Payments

PKRBet accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your PKRBet balance in PKR. There are no currency conversion steps involved in the deposit process. The following payment methods are supported for deposits on the PKRBet platform:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant bank transfer
• Bank Transfer (standard inter-bank)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the deposit section

PKRBet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must belong to you and must be registered in your name. Any deposit made from a payment account not in the name of the registered PKRBet player may be reversed and the account may be flagged for review.

Deposit processing times may vary depending on the method used. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited near-instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution. PKRBet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

PKRBet reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits. These limits may vary by payment method and account status and will be displayed in the deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from PKRBet are processed in PKR to the payment method on record for your account. To ensure the security of transactions, withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches the name and details of the registered PKRBet account holder.

Before your first withdrawal request is processed, you may be required to complete an identity verification process. This is standard procedure and is intended to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform. Verification documents typically include proof of identity and may include proof of the payment method used for deposits.

PKRBet processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method, the volume of requests at the time, and the outcome of any required verification steps. • Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of the request.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

PKRBet may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings . These specific terms will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all PKRBet promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be requested.
• PKRBet reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Where a player attempts to abuse a bonus offer through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies or any form of manipulation, PKRBet reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings generated through that bonus without notice.

07 Sports Betting Rules

PKRBet's Sports Betting section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series, Test matches, Football leagues and Esports events. Betting markets, odds and settlement rules for each sport are governed by PKRBet's official betting rules, which are available within the Sports Betting section of the platform.

By placing a bet on PKRBet, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, unless the bet is placed on a market where odds are subject to change prior to the event starting (such as starting price markets where explicitly stated).
• PKRBet reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, technical fault or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at PKRBet's discretion. In-play markets may be suspended at any time. Any bet placed during a suspension period will be voided and the stake returned.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PKR balance as soon as the relevant event is officially settled according to PKRBet's rules for that sport.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply and will be communicated in the Sports Betting section.

For Cricket specifically, settlement of markets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (such as the Pakistan Cricket Board or the International Cricket Council). In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted by weather or otherwise not completed, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as stated in the Cricket betting rules section.

08 Casino, Live Casino & Fish Games

PKRBet's Casino section includes slot games, RNG table games and Live Casino with real dealers. Fish Games, Bingo and other Game Lobby titles are also covered by these Terms. All games available on PKRBet are provided by third-party game studios and are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) rates and rules established by those studios, which PKRBet displays in the game information where available.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. PKRBet does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game, the round may be voided and the stake returned to your PKR balance. Where a round has already been completed before the disconnection, the result stands.
• Live Casino games are broadcast in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific table as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure at the studio end, affected rounds may be voided.
• Fish Games operate on a fixed odds model. Multipliers and jackpot pools function according to the rules of each individual game title.
• Any attempt to use software, scripts, bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any Casino, Fish Games or Bingo title is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

09 Player Conduct

PKRBet expects all players to use the platform in good faith and in a manner that does not harm other players, the platform itself or the integrity of any game or betting market. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any form of automated software, bot or script to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to PKRBet support immediately; failure to do so may result in account suspension.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction, limit or ban placed on an existing account.

• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward PKRBet staff or other players.

PKRBet monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Where a breach of conduct is identified, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close an account, void any pending bets, and withhold account balances pending a full investigation. In serious cases involving fraud or illegal activity, relevant information may be reported to appropriate authorities.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Termination

PKRBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds may include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Providing false registration details or impersonating another person.
• Exploiting technical errors or engaging in conduct prohibited under Clause 9.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to any applicable notice being provided.

If your account is closed by PKRBet due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to any open investigation or legal hold may be returned to the original deposit method.

Players may also choose to close their own PKRBet account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of any pending verification or investigation steps.

13 Limitation of Liability

PKRBet provides the platform and all services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous and reliable access to the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKRBet's total liability to any player in respect of any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform will not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PKRBet is not liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits or opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any banking institution.
• Any actions taken by a player based on information or odds displayed on the platform where a genuine technical error is subsequently identified and corrected.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.

14 Changes to These Terms

PKRBet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by communication to the contact details on record. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the PKRBet platform after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss the closure of your account.
